Experience: Kathleen has had 16 years of real estate experience in residential, country property and commercial sales. Her working knowledge has become a huge asset to her clients when assisting in the marketing and sale of a home, and then a purchase.

Education: Kathleen went to Portland State University, but her real estate education is most impressive as Kathleen is a Principal Broker with the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation. This special training is afforded the highest level of broker.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS): Kathleen has also been awarded the CRS designation after completing certain levels to achieve this prestigious designation.

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR): Kathleen attended many hours to attain this designation to help provide the highest level of expertise to her buyer clients.

Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI): This designation brings overall practical knowledge of real estate and was required before being able to attain any of the other designations above.

Local: Kathleen was raised on a 300 acre farm near Aurora and her great grandparents were among the first settlers in Aurora and Canby (William Knight, Knights Bridge Road). Kathleen lives in Wilsonville and her real estate office is conveniently located on the main corner 1 block from I-5 (across from Izzys Pizza and across from the Cingular store) of Wilsonville Road and Town Center Loop West.

Member of the Platinum Multi-Million Dollar Club for the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors.  Kathleen has consistently closed over $10 million a year to receive this status.
